Odisea Labs Assistant Researcher

We focus on high-quality research, scaling the regional presence of leading global companies, pioneering content creation, and building promising startups through our venture studio and fund.

We are seeking a part-time Assistant Researcher passionate about crypto, blockchain, and AI and the socio-economic dynamics of Latin America. This role involves contributing to groundbreaking research, generating actionable insights, and contributing to the development of a robust crypto ecosystem in Latin America by supporting leading startups and leading global companies.

• Research crypto market trends, user demographics, and adoption barriers in Latin America and beyond.

• Collaborate with research institutions and industry experts to enhance the quality and reach of our research.

• Utilize research findings to inform stakeholders and guide strategic decisions within the Odisea ecosystem, including the startups we work with, our global partners, and a wider audience.

• Support the research team in preparing reports, presentations, and papers for publication.

• Be a pioneer in shaping the Odisea venture studio and supporting our project's continuous and ever-evolving growth.

• Crypto-native with an interest to bring more crypto to Latin America.

• Experience in research, data analysis, and report writing.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex datasets.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Preference for those with a base-layer technical understanding of crypto.

• Engage in meaningful work that leverages crypto protocols and has the potential to reshape economic and social structures in Latin America.
