Odisea Labs is a venture studio and innovation lab committed to closing the crypto innovation gap in Latin America. We conduct cutting-edge research, support global projects scale into the region. Through our venture studio, we accelerate the region's top founders by supporting them with access to fundraising, conducting market research and product development, growing their user base, navigating regulation, hiring technical talent, and beyond. We work with leading teams across decentralized finance, social, infrastructure, wallets, gaming, among other categories.
One of the critical pillars of the venture studio is our advisory program, whereby we pair leading crypto builders with emerging startups for advisory across each advisor's unique area of expertise. Establishing these relationships creates a win-win partnership for both the budding startups and the advisors in the Odisea Labs network, whereby these young teams can accelerate their problem-solving in a specific domain area, and advisors get access to leading teams in the region.
The structure of the advisory relationship is straightforward:
When founders partaking in the venture studio face a particular challenge in your domain area of expertise, we will reach out to you with an overview of what the founder's current problem is and how your expertise fits into their problem set
If you are interested in supporting them, we will set up a group chat for you to connect with the team, either to discuss things asynchronously or set up a call with them to dive deep into their challenge
In exchange, you will support some of the most talented founders in Latin America who are aiming to tackle some of the pressing challenges both regionally and globally, you will have the opportunity to back them at an early stage on their journey, and if there is long-term alignment, there may also be an opportunity for an advisor allocation (based on the team's discretion)
